- Legal protection covering computer and internet offences, infringement of personality rights and copyright online in connection with personal websites or social networks, exercise of the right of reply and/or removal of content (image, sound or text) on the internet: up to CHF 20,000 per event
- Disputes in connection with contracts concluded online for personal use or need: up to CHF 350,000 per event
- Arrangement for a specialist to remove defamatory content: unlimited per event, up to 2 events per coverage per year
- Arrangement for psychological support in case of defamatory content: up to CHF 3,000 per event
- Unauthorised fraudulent monetary transactions on payment means: reimbursement of unauthorised fraudulent monetary transactions and/or information services: up to CHF 20,000 per year
- Unauthorised fraudulent monetary transactions - reimbursement of associated administrative expenses and/or out-of-pocket expenses related to the claim: CHF 300 per coverage per year
- Theft, damage, loss or destruction of the physical means of payment: reimbursement of associated administrative costs and/or expenses and/or information services: up to CHF 300 coverage per year
- Authorised fraudulent monetary transactions resulting from phishing or smishing - reimbursement of authorised fraudulent transactions, reimbursement of associated administrative costs and/or expenses and/or information services: up to CHF 1,000 per year
