- Reimbursement for replacement of keys (private house, office and car keys) and/or lock
- Reimbursement for unlocking by a locksmith service

- In the event of a claim, the insurer will arrange for a company to open the lock for the insured person in an emergency

What should you do when faced with a locked door?
Call the emergency call center at +41 44 908 64 90. It is available around the clock and the team will arrange for a company to open the door for you in an emergency. Alternatively, you can arrange for a locksmith yourself. Just remember to report the claim to the insurer immediately.
