Tutorial for setting up virtual cards

These eight videos will take you step by step through the process of logging in to the portal and setting up virtual cards for your future business purchases and expenses.

1.Initial log-in

Initial log-in: Accessing the portal for the first time, how to change the password, and how to change the user language.

2.General overview

3.Creating a virtual card

Creating a virtual card for a one-off, specific purchase.

Click on the main menu in the portal and select «Cards», or select the «Virtual cards» panel from the dashboard.

Select «Create a new virtual card».
#3.
Enter the details you want for the card and define the user account.

4. Creating a virtual card for a recurring purchase

Creating a virtual card for a purchase that will be repeated over time.

Create a new virtual card (see previous video).
#2.
Add a subset of limitations (number of transactions and transaction amount) and choose a time period during which they should apply.

5.Managing virtual cards

How to manage virtual cards.

Select «Cards» > «Virtual cards» > «Manage virtual cards».

Select the «+» symbol for each card to view details.

You can edit, delete, or disable the card directly from the panel.

Access from the main menu or from the dashboard authorization panel.

How to create new users as an administrator.

Manage users by selecting «Users» > «User management» from the main menu.

Create a new user by selecting Users» > «Create new user» from the main menu.

Access the details to view, modify, disable, or delete previously created users.

8.Secure Delivery

Creating a virtual card to be sent securely to a company employee or supplier.
#1.
When you create a virtual card, you can make it visible only to specific users.
#2.
Select «Send securely» and enter the e-mail address (or addresses) of the recipients.
#3.
To increase security when assigning the card, a control PIN will also be sent, which must be entered by the recipient to view the details.
