In order to use certain features of your Cornèrcard, such as money transfers, and benefit from your card's full range of features, we require some client data to be fully available in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Some information is currently missing from your card application. As soon as you provide this, you can use your card without any restrictions and access all the available features.

How to complete your card application

You can submit the missing information quickly and easily.

Option 1: via the iCornèr App (recommended)

Update your details directly and securely in the iCornèr App. To do this, select the card you want to upgrade in the "Cards" section, tap "Upgrade" below the card image and follow the instructions.

Option 2: using the form

1. Download the relevant form (see below).
2. Complete all the fields and sign the form.
3. Enclose a copy of your identification document (passport, identity card, driving licence or residence permit).
