We are working for you
To further improve the quality of our services for you, we shall be carrying out important maintenance work on our IT systems. This may cause some disruption to our online portals and the services they provide. Payment cards can be used as usual and in complete safety.
- 7 to 13 May 2021: Disruption to icorner.ch, the Cornèrcard app, my.cornercard.ch, your.cornercard.ch and instant.cornercard.ch, as well as the services that they provide (PIN requests, changes of address, contact details or access data, etc.).
- 7 to 13 May 2021: Possible error messages when activating new prepaid cards via my.cornercard.ch/ok and your.cornercard.ch/surprise.
- 7 to 10 May 2021: Functional disruption on corneronline.ch for top-ups of Cornèrcard payment cards and for planned transfers to these cards. Transfers will be processed on 11 May 2021.
- 10 May 2021: Possible interruptions when topping up prepaid cards in real-time through k kiosk, avec, Press & Books, SBB ticket machines and on secure-reload.ch.
- 10 to 13 May 2021: A possible outage may have an impact on the following services: display and redemption of the collected cashback in the Cornèrcard app and on iCornèr as well as delays in crediting cashback to payment cards. The status will be corrected and updated by 14 May 2021.
- 10 May 2021: Possible interruptions with PIN changes and adding cards to mobile payment apps.
- 7 to 10 May 2021: the Click&Go service will not be available. The May Click&Go instalment will be charged at the end of the repayment period at no extra cost. This means that you will not be charged on the monthly statement of May.
- The monthly instalment for Payment Protection Insurance will now be charged and shown on the statement for the current month (formerly in the subsequent month for technical reasons). This is why, two monthly instalments will appear on the statement for May or June: the one relating to the previous month and the one for the current month.
