Who is eligible to receive the Cornèrcard Ukraine Visa/Mastercard prepaid card?
The card is available to Ukrainian citizen, aged 18 and over with a residence permit S.
Where and how can I top up the card?
There are various ways to top up the Cornèrcard Ukraine prepaid card with the amount of your choice, up to a maximum of CHF 10,000 per month*:
- Free real-time top-up at k kiosk, avec, Press & Books: Top up your prepaid card with the payment card of your choice or with cash at any k kiosk, avec, Press & Books branch. The credit is available immediately. Tip: The serial number that you need to top up the card is located under the barcode on the reverse side of the card.

Free deposit using IBAN: Reload your prepaid card free of charge using e-banking. You will receive the QR payment slip with all the relevant information by mail. You can view your card account’s IBAN at any time in iCornèr or in the iCornèr app in the “Statements” area under “Payment info”. (Good to know: You can also use QR payment slips to reload your card at post offices. However, this transaction is not free.)
Where can I use the card?
The Cornèrcard Ukraine Visa/Mastercard prepaid card can be used in countless stores around the world as well as online. You can also use the card for mobile payments in order to make payments with the mobile iOS or Android device of your choice.
Where can I get an overview of my transactions and card data?
With the free iCornèr app and the iCornèr online portal. With iCornèr, you can:
- Keep an eye on your balance and card usage and view your monthly statements from the last 24 months
- Receive a push notification with the purchase amount and the remaining availability when you pay with your card
- Change your e-mail address, password, address, and more simply and quickly
- Request your PIN via SMS quickly with a click
* The total balance on the card cannot exceed CHF 10,000.

Sum insured:
- Up to CHF 2,000 per claim and CHF 5,000 a year for Classic cards
- Up to CHF 5,000 per claim and CHF 15,000 a year for the Platinum card
- Up to CHF 2,000 per claim and CHF 10,000 a year for Gold cards

Sum insured:
- Up to CHF 250,000 per claim with Cornèrcard Classic cards
- Up to CHF 350,000 per claim with the Cornèrcard Platinum card
- Up to CHF 300,000 per claim with Cornèrcard Gold cards
Insured persons:
- The cardholder
- All persons living together permanently with the cardholder in the same household, as drivers or passengers
